What do you think about meditation? Do you feel it’s difficult to do? Or like it’s a waste of time? Or as though it’s irrational to even try to find a quiet time in your day to do it? Do you even know how to meditate? In my experience, when people have told others how to meditate, they noticed that the rules differed, so it was confusing to know what ways are right and what ways are wrong. Well, guess…..
