Brain Break Meditation Mini Vacations

Lisa DeKeuster Blog 0 0

Let your brain take fun breaks periodically throughout each day!

Choose one of the following whenever you want a mini vacation.

Read a meditative suggestion. Take time to really think about it. Imagine it soaking directly into your essence.

Let it become a part of you even as you carry on with your day.

  • I replace worry with light.
  • When I show patience, I trust the timing of the divine.
  • Love in my heart is real. Fear in my head is what I don’t know for sure, and it is an illusion.
  • When I have to wait, I’m happy for what’s causing me to have to wait. It reminds me that I’m meant to be still sometimes.
  • When I help someone, his or her desire is being answered through me! I’m divine light for that person.
  • I breathe into the light of my soul, and I realize that all I need is my divine nature.
  • I let thoughts go and feel from my spirit where I feel radiant, loved, and whole because my spirit is perfect.
  • When something I could perceive as bad happens, like if I walk through a spider web, instead of complaining, I’m just happy for a new experience.
  • Being lonely even in a room full of people is a sign to find my true happiness in myself.
  • When I want to change something about my life, I embrace it rather than trying to push it away so I can come to understand it and let it go.
  • The divine power has me on a silver cord like a yo-yo to keep me close.
  • I’m here to learn to trust the higher power. If life were always easy, I wouldn’t have to learn that trust.
  • I live aloha with my open heart, loving mind and happy spirit.
  • I see limitations as liberations; instead of resenting my pain, I use it as another reason to reach out to the divine.
  • When I have an itch, I use it as an experiment to experience it. I decide on its color, brightness and density. I change the color, brightness and density with my thoughts until it changes and goes away.
  • I notice when I’m holding onto something that hurts, and then I do what I need to do to let it go so I can make room for something that feels good.
  • I can be in touch with my body’s healing powers anytime.
  • Even if nothing good ever happens to me again, I feel blessed because I have my divinity. No one can stop my fate.
  • When I feel empty, I fill up with all the love and peace the higher powers have been trying to pour into me.
  • Life includes problems, but I get to choose how I handle them.
  • I don’t control the outside—the higher powers do. I control inside of me.
  • I totally appreciate and spend time with my inner spiritual light.
  • The beauty I see in others is a reflection of me.
  • I will keep my feet, hands and tongue still. If my tongue is still, my eyes can be still. If my eyes are still, my mind can be still.
  • The higher powers want me to be happy! I enjoy the path that is mine.
  • I’m original on purpose. It’s better than if everyone were the same! I rock.
  • When I’m meant to have answers, I’ll have them.

You don’t have to feel bad about taking mini vacations- your brain will function better and you’ll be more productive than if you don’t take time to do this, so go for it!
